I'm Motasim Foad — a Business Growth Specialist based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I help small businesses worldwide grow through integrated branding, web development, digital marketing, AI automation, and strategic consulting — partnering with clients across Canada, the US, and internationally.

My journey started in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where I built my foundation in software engineering and business strategy. As a Mozilla Student Ambassador, I contributed to Firefox OS, mobile app development, and global content localization — experiences that shaped my passion for technology and community building.

I co-founded SNUB Studio in Dhaka, where I led business development and operations, growing the company from zero to 1,000,000 BDT in revenue in just 66 weeks. My role was hands-on leadership — driving B2B partnerships, managing commercial AV and music video contracts, and streamlining procurement processes. From there, I joined Netarus LLC in Virginia, where I architected the SiteTrax.io image platform using CUDA and pioneered the BaconCoin.io Ethereum cryptocurrency. At UpBit in Dhaka, I led product management across web and mobile applications using ReactJS, Python, and React Native.

In Canada, I partnered with Master Class Commercial Cleaning (MCC) as their Business Development and IT lead — my first major engagement in the Canadian market. I went on to help build ForceVision and NorthernBot from the ground up in Burlington, Ontario, building SEO-optimized websites, redesigning marketing systems, and managing the RMM1 robot product from ideation to launch. I achieved 78% organic traffic growth, 30% conversion rate increases, 35% operational efficiency gains, and 25% lower customer acquisition costs — and was honored with the CEO's Lead Hand Award by Zoltan Vitai. I then launched ForceVision and NorthernBot as small businesses I helped build from the ground up.

Currently, I'm an AI enthusiast making workflow and marketing automations for small to medium-size businesses — and learning at the same time. I believe the best way to master a skill is to apply it in the real world, and I bring that hands-on mindset to every engagement.

Today I partner with Mr. Lawnmower, Elementz, Milky Lane, Karak Cafe, and TalkLab — serving as their strategic growth partner and building integrated systems that drive real business outcomes. My approach is always partnership-first: I embed deeply into each business, operating almost as a co-founder focused on growth.
