Overview

ForceVision is a surveillance and security technology company based in Burlington, Ontario. Motasim was involved from the ground up — helping to build the business from ideation through website launch, mobile app development, and ongoing product management.

The technical side of the engagement covered building the WordPress website with custom HTML, CSS, and PHP, while the product management work spanned overseeing the mobile app development lifecycle and managing customer feedback cycles to inform product direction.

Beyond the technical execution, the role included developing the brand identity and contributing to the product roadmap — making it a comprehensive co-builder engagement rather than a narrow execution role.
