Overview
NorthernBot is an automated cleaning robot company built from the ground up. Motasim was involved from the earliest stages — from initial ideation through website development, product management, and the full go-to-market launch of the RMM1 robot.
The e-commerce website was built on Shopify, with a ReactJS front-end, MongoDB backend, and REST API integration to support product management and order flows. The tech stack was chosen to support the scale of an e-commerce product business.
The RMM1 was managed as a full product — from concept definition through development cycles, A/B testing on features and marketing messaging, and the final marketing launch strategy. This was a true co-builder role spanning product, tech, and go-to-market.

My Role
